• 🇿🇦 South Africa only — we currently deliver to all provinces nationwide

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed

• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

• You will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

• Flat rate: R375 per order — delivered anywhere in South Africa

• No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay

Order Tracking

• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp

• Use the tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery

Damaged or Lost Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos

• If your order is lost in transit, we will follow up with the courier on your behalf
