At LC Lakeside Clothing, we are committed to providing quality second-hand clothing and footwear bales to our customers. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — bulk second-hand clothing and footwear bales — all sales are considered final. Each bale contains a curated mix of items, and the exact contents, styles, sizes, and brands cannot be guaranteed beyond the general description provided.
When We Accept Returns

We will accept a return or offer a replacement/refund only in the following cases:

 You received the wrong bale (different product from what you ordered)

 Your order was significantly damaged in transit (photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery)

 Your order was never delivered and the courier confirms non-delivery
How to Request a Return

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description

We will respond within 2–3 business days
Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 –7 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours
