Q: Are the items in the bales new or used? A: All items are second-hand/pre-owned. They are sourced, sorted, and packed into bales for resale purposes.
Q: Can I choose specific items or brands in my bale? A: No — bales are pre-packed with a curated mix. We cannot guarantee specific brands, sizes, or styles, but each bale is packed to include a variety of high-demand items.

Q: Do I need to pay upfront? A: Yes — full payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation? A: Yes — once payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver? A: We deliver within South Africa only — to all provinces nationwide.
Q: How much does delivery cost? A: A flat delivery fee of R375 per order applies to all deliveries, regardless of location within South Africa.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: - Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN): 2–4 business days

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently we only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: Can I return a bale if I'm not happy with the contents? A: Due to the nature of bulk second-hand bales, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns based on personal preference or bale contents.
